What qualifies
Usually 30+ staff, 5+ years of records, and systems like a help desk, CRM, project tool, wiki or code repository.
Not included: HR files, health data, payment data, or client files you don't own.
Licensing, not selling
You keep the data and the copyright. The buyer gets a copy for named uses and a set term, then deletes it. Models already trained keep what they learned, which is why the fee is priced as permanent.

FAQ
Will they own my data?
No. You keep it and the copyright. A buyer rents a copy for named uses and a set term, then deletes it.
Can my competitors use it?
Not if the license bars competing models and limits the field of use, or if we license exclusively to one buyer.
What about my staff's and customers' personal information?
An independent firm de-identifies it before anything leaves your hands, and HR, health and payment records are excluded.
Can I take it back later?
You can stop new training at the end of the term, but models already trained keep what they learned. That is priced into the fee.
Is it legal?
When you own the data and personal information is properly removed, yes. We run a rights and privacy review on every deal before it goes to market.
Why not go direct to an AI lab?
Labs rarely buy from smaller owners directly. We find several buyers, run the competition, and handle the packaging and paperwork.
